To this day, Giuliani has denied ever making this statement...
He should be indicted, and questioned as to whom gave him this knowledge so we can begin to understand exactly WHO KNEW it was going to collapse! The mayor has been given a free pass on that statement, and it's time to end it! NOW!

if you knew anything about architecture and more specifically the structural system of the WTC, you would know that blows to the outside structure in combination the melting of the interior frame would ultimately lead to the collapse of the building.
I'm sure there was someone informing Guiliani of these aspects of the building as it would be the most important information for him to know. Saying its a "inside plot" because of a statement like that is rediculous. Go back to reading your comic books you 40yr old virgin conspiracy theorists...

You don't need a precedent for something new to occur. Otherwise nothing new or different would ever happen.
It's really not that strange that the buildings fell. Look at how buildings are constructed. They're designed to FAIL in a CONTROLLED manner. What's even less strange is that a lot of people on the ground ALSO assumed the buildings were going to fall, or at least, had the potential. If something huge and fiery hits a building that catches on fire, it's safe to assume it will FAIL. It doesn't mean you knew it was going to happen, nor does it mean you had any part in bringing it down because 'you knew'.
It's as if everyone forgot that nobody knew what the fuck was going on.
Now, I hate Giuliani, but you can't take a lot of these 'conspiracy quotes' out of context.
