I’ve been experiencing insomnia ever since I was young. Waking up in the middle of the night was happening so frequent that it began to affect my life big time. The problem was that after that, I had difficulty falling asleep again.

    • Wow what an interesting find, you don't hear about binaural beats that much - I ran a lot of binaural experiments around 2000 and have dipped in and out of using them for art sound installations and still tinker around with them ...

      However _ i remember running 8 our programs with headphones (nothing as sleek as these ones) connected to a 386 linux box, programmed with sleep cycle and deep delta rhythms.

      maybe I'll post one of the shorter compositions up

      Binaurals can also be used for lethargy and to help keep focus too - - - no do i try these headphone band thingies ... hmmm ?

    • I guess it depends from person to person. It helped me a lot back in the days when I had sleeping problems. Now I only use them to listen to music before I go to sleep. Enjoyable

    • binaurals are amazing...years ago i used them alot but now i only throw'em on when i find it extremely dificult to silence my mind for meditation.
