has reported on some of the most important issues affecting the world today,
with investigations that have taken him around the world. Yamaguchi’s
reports include the rise of robotics in Japan, the decline of a
manufacturing empire in Saipan, the incredible rise of modern China and
Pakistan’s ongoing attempts to deal with terrorists in the nation’s lawless
border regions. Yamaguchi has reported extensively on the environment, from
atop Alaska’s glaciers, to Bangladesh, China, Madagascar and in Greenland.
Prior to his work with “Vanguard,” Yamaguchi worked at Fox Sports, CNN and
TV Asahi Japan, where he covered major national and international news
including the 2000 Presidential election, the September 11th attacks and the
war in Iraq. Yamaguchi began his journalism career at the University of
California, Los Angeles, where he served as the editor-in-chief of “The
Daily Bruin.”

I discovered Vanguard the DirecTV's the 101 network. It just happened to be a very interesting topic and I thought to myself, 'you don't see this everyday'. This led me to Current TV and more Vanguard. Keep up the great work guys. It's good to see people out there exposing what doesn't want to be exposed and what needs to be. For myself it makes me appreciate everything I have. Keep up the amazing journalism.

I have just recently discovered Current TV and the incredible show your a part of Vanguard. I have instantly become a huge fan of the show and of you. I think you guys at Vanguard do an amazing and necessary job of good old fashioned investigative journalism which is sorely lacking these days by mainstream media. Please keep doing what your doing and I thank you for the work your putting in. I know to others it may seem glamorous but real investigative journalism is far from glamorous.

I do love your work in the in the always informing Vanguard series. I hope you and the rest of the Vanguard corespondents stay safe, since investigative journalism is not as safe as doing the weather in front of a green screen. I suppose I don't have to tell you after the incident involving your colleagues Laura Ling and Euna Lee.
Oh yeah, before I forget, thanks for eating various animal penises so I don't have to! There that's a decent comment I guess.
