Storm damage to Atlanta recording artist home Lord Hector Diono October 10, 2009 Story: Lord Hector Diono is a Georgia local rap recording artist who has worked with countless members of both the Rock music and Rap Music community. His latest project is currently being downloaded across the world a song entitled "Scarecrow"."This is indeed a sour note", says the Decatur rapper who woke to find one half of his home studio destroyed by a roof collapse caused by the recent storm.
