Vigilantes posted torture video to YouTube after dispensing justice to burglars. More and more Mexicans are turning to such lynch mobs as crime spirals out of control. In more extreme cases, alleged kidnappers, car thieves and drug dealers have been abducted and murdered and had their corpses dumped in public places along with threatening notes.

This is what happens to a society when maybe a dozen wealthy family's control the nation. Pay attention it is happening here in America. The worm is turning slowly and before you know it, Bam it's here.

Indeed. It's all second and third generation family members populating politics today. Patriarchies galore.

it would have happened hundreds of years ago if they had youtube back then. just think of the phrases "you had to be there" or "i wish you could have seen it." youtube makes those obsolete.

What the hell is it with people and videos? Every idiot who abuses or tortures someone seems to want to post it on youtube for all to admire. This trend tells us far too much about the state of humanity lately.

Be nice if this stopped at crime or criminals, but I think we all know human nature being what it is that soon it will take its toll on the innocent as well. But as Hobbes (I believe) said if the government can't protect your basic needs then that government shouldn't be in power. They want taxes, we want protection to live our lives. That's the trade off. Supposedly....

It's not a government plusaf and you know it. It's a group of a dozen wealthy family's taking advantage of their power. Get real, is this what you want America to be? My next guess is vacation spots will be terrorized and American tourist will be killed. When the masses rise up watch out, the price for a civilized society are really not that expensive when you way the alternatives.

It kind of is already, is it not? The media is already grooming the next generation of Bush's, even propping up the twin Bush sluts as TV hosts.

It certainly is the beginning of the end of democracy and the elites love that situation.
