Police are searching a patch of land on a farm property Wednesday near Bates City, Mo., a day after the men were charged with committing sex crimes against children, according to a local news channel.
Charged with multiple counts of child rape are 77-year-old Burrell Edward Mohler Sr. and his son Burrell Edward Mohler Jr., 53, both of Independence, Mo., along with 48-year-old Jared Leroy Mohler of Columbia, Mo.
David A. Mohler, 52, of Lamoni, Iowa, was charged with one count of child rape, and Roland Neil Mohler, 47, of Bates City, Mo., is accused of using a child in a sexual performance — a felony. The relationships of Jared, David and Roland Mohler to Burrell Mohler Sr. and Burrell Mohler Jr. weren't immediately known.
The crimes allegedly were committed from the late 1980s until the mid-1990s.
The elder Burrell Mohler is accused of drugging and forcibly raping a child under 12 and using a child in a sexual performance. His son is charged with sexual assault of a child under 14 and using a child in a sexual performance.
It wasn't clear how many young victims there allegedly were. All five men are being held behind bars without bond.
A press conference will be held Wednesday to discuss more details of the case.

My friend, she was molested by her step dad for 8 years before she finally left home and moved to California at the age of 17. The man later admitted it, but the whole family defends him, now dead, as having been innocent and none of them want to have a relationship with my friend because she blew the whistle on the step dad. I hope that man is rotting in hell for what he did to my friend. She has never fully recovered from what her family continues to do to her.

This is really sick,but I remember a case in LA that this very large family that run a day care center was prosecuted many years after, when these children were older they found out the kids were I don't want to say lie,but made to believe by the prosecution that these very sick things were done on the grounds of the day care,things like animal sacrifice,devil worship and even more very sick things.Well years later after this whole family was in prison they found this was all made up,they dug up their day care. They later on found out this didn't really happen this was several years later the kids now adults told it never happened. I don't know the case well so I just hope for the kids now adults its not true.
