It's unbelieve able how they keep trying no matter how much we confiscate. Keep up the good work intercepting contraband; the more you confiscate the less they have and that's always good. It's an ever ongoing battle I know. But at least you're finding and confiscating it. The minute you can't find it, then there is a real problem because they're getting better at hiding it.

Isn't it more cost effective (profitable) to have a safe work environment instead of prisoners dispatching a hit complete with Mapquest directions on a CO over a smartphone and coordinating incoming drug deliveries?

This map shows the prisoner population rate for the world. Just Look at the sheer difference in proportion of prisoners in the US to say Russia or Britain. This surely highlights something critically wrong within the usa. (The blue is the highest density, orange, red, yellow the least.)

you've got to ask why. Why don't they employ simple technological device's like that? Let's remember that many of the prisons in the states are private entities, money is being made... A prison is say owned by someone, by a company etc. Business is to make money, to profit. Profit from Prisons ?

Why don't they just spend a few thousand bucks on cell phone jammers? I got a personal jammer and they make industrial high powered units as well. (It's great for those annoying yappers on the bus or train.)
