When a lab-monkey declares that President Obama wasn't born in America, he becomes Patient Zero for a new brand of fear-based news virus - Fearus Ignoramus. We watch as the virus goes ear-borne, spreading from Rush Limbaugh to Bill O'Reilly, all the way to "twilf" Sarah Palin.

    • The whole concept of the U.S President having to be born in America is stupidly outdated anyway. Under that system Albert Einstein wouldn't be eligible to run for the office but Spencer & Heidi are. The only rule that's more archaic is that the Monarch of England can't marry a Catholic(that's only because Monarchy is an archaic concept). Though I probably would be singing a different tune if the rule was changed for the Governator. What can I say I'm a hypocrite. Andrew Jackson (who many historians regard very highly, in spite of the whole genocidal anti Indian policies/pro slavery thing) was probably born in what's now Northern Ireland). Also none of the founding fathers were technically born in the United States (as it didn't exist yet)

There's retarded behavior on both sides. Anti war protestors compared Bush to Hitler (though at least Bush had one unjustified war & a couple of hundred thousand bodies on him(from said war) to back up those claims, but still he was from being Hitler). Still the worst thing about Pol Pot, Stalin & the Anti Christ is their policies on health care. The hysteria about Obama, any reasonable person will admit it's all a little bit Over the top at this point.

    • Did anyone hear the monkey in the end at all? He said he jumped to a whole bunch of conclusions is what we are all doing when we hear a pundit speak. It goes for both sides as well. I do not believe in the birther movement one bit. That woman has been proved wrong by both sides of the political spectrum.

    • I typically find Super News clips amusing. This one, not so much. It seems that Current's programming is heading in the direction that caused me to stop watching a lot of Revision3 shows.

    • The only thing funny about this slanted POS is there was not one mention of his lack of leadership and lousy policy decisions...Oh wait that’s right you guys elected a celebrity not a president...enjoy it while it last because your heads will implode in 2010 and 2012!

David, why in the hell do you EVEN FUCKING CARE!?! Seriously, old news is old news. He's trying his best to get the country back on track. Now shut the fuck up and go pray to your god or something... Whatever those crazy zombie-christ lovers do...

You sir take all the time to register and/or post when you could just do a google search and find your own damned answer.

Are people really this stupid? Or have you already done a google search and deemed all proof as not proficient?

I have done all the Google searches, and I have not found anything resembling a valid birth certificate. Additionally, you need to learn the difference between the words "proficient" and "sufficient". Example: Barack Obama is a proficient socialist who has not demonstrated sufficient evidence of his American citizenship.

I have seen the "Certification of live birth" document before, and it's not a bona fide birth certificate. It's an after-the-fact document produced in 2007 when questions of BHO's nationality were first raised. Obama's own grandmother stated he was born in Kenya, didn't she? http://images.google.com/imgres?imgurl=http://kickthemallout.com/images/Photos/OriginalHawaiiBirthCertificates.jpg&imgrefurl=http://www.kickthemallout.com/article.php/Story-Whats_So_Difficult&usg=__2gikcvt2yjcc7iNPBXoglMXEMwA=&h=515&w=800&sz=144&hl=en&start=35&sig2=htBuRnkyecWX40q5B8kSlw&um=1&tbnid=z2YnBy3cMR71oM:&tbnh=92&tbnw=143&prev=/images%3Fq%3Dhawaii%2Bbirth%2Bcertificate%2Bexample%26ndsp%3D21%26hl%3Den%26safe%3Doff%26rlz%3D1T4GWYE_enUS236US236%26sa%3DN%26start%3D21%26um%3D1&ei=WDgDS5GjGsSXtgfLg-n-DQ

    • Yes, I agree, the birth certificate stuff is really really stupid. Good point. Overall a pretty funny video. But why is the Mad Max bad guy a libertarian? I don't follow the logic there. A principled opponent to the power of government = a mad man leading a band of raiders who rape, pillage, and steal everything in sight? I don't get it.

    • Now that was funny. Very well done. Total liberal crap, of course, but funny none the less.
Now, can you make one where you cap on folks who think bigger government is a good idea? That would be funny too! (you know, sort of a "fair and balanced" approach?)

    • Downright deceptive and downright pathetic. "Retarded", "Gun Ho", and "TWILF" just go to show what low-rent, low-class losers produced this piece of crap.

Now, on to the deception. The likes of Rush Limbaugh, Sarah Palin, and Glenn Beck never, repeat NEVER, embraced the "birther" conspiracy theories, as implied by this steaming pile of garbage.

That's like trying to claim Olbermann, Stephanopoulos, et. al., believe in and spread 9-11 "truther" theories.

It's a fringe element that supports the birther theories...in fact, less Republicans believe in this theory than Democrats believed in 9-11 conspiracy theories.

Keep preaching to the stupid, Current. You're anything but. You're lagging behind the times, behind common sense, behind decency.

"I don't know, let's say for example that somebody does come up with proof that something's screwy with his birth certificate and something's screwy about the fact that he's allegedly a natural citizen, American citizen, but may not be, dual citizenship, born in Kenya, who knows, there's all kinds of stuff out – so what? What's going to happen this late in the campaign? Do you think if it's proven that they're going to dump him? That's not going to happen. But still, these are just questions that I have." Rush Limbaugh, 10/23/08

But you are right, Glenn Beck had a slightly different take on the birthers, when he said, “There are other things you should concentrate on,” Beck instructed. “Who cares about the birth certificate thing? The time to do that was during the election.”

What to focus on now? The red threat. “He’s appointing Communists,” Beck said, without offering specifics.

    • Typical hyper-partisan hypocrisy.

These attacks might have some validity if they didn't come from the same people who demonized Bush for eight years.

There is no difference between the partisans who made this cartoon and the partisans at Fox. They all are intolerant of the views of others and they are all silly enough to think that "their side" has any moral or intellectual high ground. Independents are equally disgusted with both sides, as you are mirror versions of each other.

    • I think this sums up what splits the US now-a-days, some people get the right information and some the opposite. No surprise why there are plenty of people who get the mis-information think Barack Obama is not born in the US. (oh, and you got the Orly Taitz bit spot-on)

BHO hasn't definitively proven that he was born in the U.S. The strongest evidence is one (1) statement from a HI official and she rhetorically stalked away in a huff at the end of her statement. That doesn't mean he wasn't born there; he probably was. However, as a smart person I'm sure you're able to differentiate between belief and fact and I'm sure you're able to understand the difference between evidence and proof.

For all the facts of this matter - no speculate or wild theories, just the facts, see the links here:

      http://24ahead.com/s/obama-citizenship

If anyone can spot anything false, misleading, or illogical at any of the linked pages, let me know. I've repeatedly challenged BHO supporters to do that, and none have been able to present a logical counter-argument. Instead, they simply respond with ad homs; expect those to follow.
