Those that are so vocal against this happening are no longer in power and just maybe the real terrorist and fake patriots. Jonathan Turley has been a true patriot in the justice field and I happen to love watching the right wing squirm on this one.

The old power brokers are fighting Obama's decision and will stoop to any low in fighting trials of terrorist on our soil. Why I ask, what do they have to fear? Maybe their hold on keeping Americans afraid is slipping away and this would be a huge blow to fear mongering.

This guy that is going on trial had been water boarded 183 times. I just wonder if the confession was done just to stop the torture. This will all played out in the trial.I just don't think that all these people that have given confessions were under extreme derrest.

The funny thing the right is fighting here with their phony outrage is the fact that our constitution is at stake here. The rule of law was ignored for 8 years and we must get it back to even be considered a civilized country.

WE must have a trial even if 8 years of torture screws it up. Return to the rule of law or our laws will mean nothing.
