no, not a new band.... here are two email comments from friends of mine...

Eric Holder has exceeded my expectations for incompetence, stupidity,
and actions which boarder on treasonous (ie, giving aid and comfort to
our enemies in time of war).
He has made the decision to try Khalid Sheik Mohammed in a civil trial
in New York City.
It is clear that this decision was made solely on the basis that the
prosecutors and defendants in this trial have the same goal: put the
entire Bush administration, the CIA, all of the brave and dedicated
American men and women who have been fighting terrorism for all these
years in other branches of service, and the entire concept of the War
on Terror, on trial and find them guilty. Mohammed is there solely to
spout anti-American rhetoric with the prosecutors egging him on,
refusing to object to the most outrageous statements as long as they
attack Bush.
The taxpayers of this country will spend millions of dollars to give
proud terrorists a platform to make speech after speech attacking
America. As a side effect, every secret program and tactic that this
country has used to prevent a second successful attack on this country
(up to a few days ago at Fort Hood) will be exposed for all the world
to see.
Once again, Holder demonstrates that he will do anything to favor
terrorists and prosecute loyal Americans.
The Democrats win. America loses.
2)
I think if any of these five doesn't get life in prison at a minimum there will be absolute hell to pay at the ballot box next year. It's one thing to mess with healthcare - it's another to set the world's most violent terrorists free.
I expect a minimum 3 point drop in Obama's approval ratings in the next week or so. This one strikes a nerve.
Oh and did you see that at least one of these guys' defense team is from Holder's former firm?
