The couple left the foster children, ages 14 and 15, outside in the cold, drizzling weather while they took their two biological children to dinner and to watch movies, according to a report by Owasso Officer Lem Mutii.
According to the report, Owasso police officers arrived at the couple's residence to find a juvenile female sitting outside on the ground, shivering and shoeless at about 11:04 p.m. Her brother was in the backyard in an open air fort.
The girl “stated that they hadn’t done anything wrong to be locked outside the house, and that this was a regular occurrence,” Mutii says in his report. The report also indicated the children had been asked to leave the residence at about 4 p.m. when the parents left with their biological children.
All the doors and windows of the house were locked, Mutii said.

WHAT?
Where were the neighbors? I would let those kids in. When I know there are foster children around I'm going to say hi to them and be nice to them so that if anything wrong goes on that they know they can ask for help.
Though this one time there were foster kids living across the street and they were the spawn of all devils from every religion that has wicked spirits.....

I really hope the court doesn't 'go easy' on these two in the interest of keeping their biological children from having to stay with relatives. In actuality, this is really aimed at the female as I reckon the court would be more inclined to show here l leniency due to the aforementioned.

Flame me all you want, but abuse like this makes the case for early abortion. It's apparent these kids are not wanted. If more irresponsible baby makers had abortions, a lot of needless suffering would be avoided. Children who are unwanted by their bio parents and their foster parents would not be suffering permanent psychological damage. It's more humane to abort a clump of cells than to subject unwanted kids to such abuse and neglect. A lot of foster parents are out to make a dime anyway at the expense of helpless children. I'll bet these abusers are church-going 'Christians' too. Hypocrates.

We dont know how close or far away the neighbors were.....
We also do not know why these children were taken from their biological parents.... To be honest many children are needlessly taken from their parents and/or next of kin laws are routinely ignored in favor of foster placement. This is all because SS Title IV-E determines their budgets based on activity and the agencies err on the side of their funding rather than the interests of the children......

Yeah, the media has a great tendency to put a man to the crime. Media doesn't show of women felons much. Though usually in a court setting, and not shackled or restrained. But in proper civilian clothing sitting with her attorney... Thank you for putting a picture with the criminal child abuser.
