The Second Amendment (Amendment II) to the United States Constitution is the part of the United States Bill of Rights that protects a right to keep and bear arms. The Second Amendment was adopted on December 15, 1791, along with the rest of the Bill of Rights. The American Bar Association has noted that there is more disagreement and less understanding about this right than of any other current issue regarding the Constitution.

It takes an Ivy League miseducated lawyer to think that the 2nd amendment does not apply to the people.

Militias are generally cool and all but they run a very dangerous line of hipocracy. While defending ones owns rights it becomes frighteningly easy to infringe on the rights of others. Well they said strange things about the president they deserve the right to say what they feel. They invited Obama for BBQ too. Sounds yummy

"those militia members could not really specify which of thier constitutional rights they think are being peeled away, and the Obama administration has not proposed any new gun control measures."

There's your answer right there. They are afraid of the scary black man, duh. The reporter should have asked "How many of you have read the constitution?" after asking how many were new to the group AFTER Obama walked into the White House. Its kind of funny how these groups are growing to supposedly protect rights after the administration that took them away signs out.
