Holy conflict-of-interest, Batman!

Not only did Judge Martin Feldman own shares in Transocean Ltd., he also failed to disclose it to the litigants when he took on the case and went ahead and declared the Obama's six-month offshore drilling embargo "arbitrary" and illegal.
