Fresh off a 43-month stint as a guest at Uncle Sam's Cumberland, MD penal colony, Jack 'The Hat' Abramoff has moved into a halfway house and scored a new gig at a Baltimore pizza joint. Lobbyists come. Lobbyists go. But, the crapulent aroma of their pizza lingers on.
