Parasites reduce host fitness, ranging from mobility, health, to the detrimental modification of host positive behaviour. Biological parasites increase their position by exploiting hosts for food, habitat and proliferation, etc
This describes increasingly un-accountable & out of control policing in the UK, the destruction & zealous police erosion of UK civil liberties & internal corruption within policing organisations themselves.
Victims of UK Police: - UK Police are well documented for targeting vulnerable in society.
Outside of major urban areas there is NO HELP or SUPPORT for victims of police abuse

Generally victims of police abuse are those least able through economic or social prejudices to defend themselves from corrupt & dishonest policing ...or seek compensation for police abuses & trauma caused

The IPCC is ineffectual, flawed, inept & unresponsive to public experience of police dishonesty, abuses, misconduct & police criminality; ...as was the previous discredited Police Complaints Authority
Research conducted on behalf of UK Governments own National Audit Office found 80% of the public who had complaints against police handled by the IPCC were dissatisfied with the IPCC

NOT FIT FOR PURPOSE and DOES NOT protect public from police abuses, dishonesty
& criminality. IPCC simply ‘appear’ to tackle policing problems, but act with bias & favouritism towards protecting police
It is not for a lack of will or courage by individuals to try to have public complaints against police honestly & professionally examined, but a lack of will, decency & honesty on part of the regulatory authorities themselves to do so
Those who DO make complaint often find themselves further targeted by police in reprisal
