Man Accused of Having Sex With 4-year-old Dog

LONG BEACH, N.Y. -- A Long Beach man is accused of having sex with a dog, the Nassau County District Attorney's Office announced Friday.
Mitchell Marsicano was arrested Thursday night after his landlord called authorities after catching the 55-year-old allegedly engaging in sexual activity with the dog.
The 4-year-old male Shiba Inu was taken to a veterinary hospital for an examination.
Marsicano pleaded not guilty Friday in Long Beach City court to charges including misdemeanor sexual abuse of an animal.
In addition, Marsicano is facing burglary charges because he apparently went upstairs into a tenants apartment to have sex with the dog, according to prosecutors.
Prosecutors said the investigation was ongoing and additional charges were possible.
