In a departure from the fast food fare they’ve helped rear, slaughter and prepare during the challenge, the volunteers get a taste of more unusual cuts of meat—from heart to tongue, whole head to testicles, and gizzard to tail, very few parts of the animals go to waste. But will gourmet dishes prepared by an award-winning chef sway the vegans in the group to sample their first bite of meat in years?
