This morning there was a big hoopla in the papers and online about the opening of the new Fresh & Easy market in the Richmond District. Now I like to go to openings of things around the city, but don’t like the lines and crush of people. I figured, this is a grocery store. There shouldn’t be any problems right? WRONG!

It's a shame how corporate treat prospective customers, they post a opening time at 8am out front were all can see, but don't let the people in until 10am. And staff and corporate coming in and out of the store enjoying their private party inside. The customers had to wait an hour for the store to open. This store could care less about the customers, they knew the customers would wait because theirs no competition, Lucky's grocery store is closed. Fresh an d easy is full of............
