The Obama administration has declared that health insurers must cover birth control with no copays, as part of an expansion for women's preventative care. Breast pumps for nursing mothers, well-woman physicals, and counseling on domestic violence also must be covered with no copays. The new requirements will take effect on Jan 1, 2013.
