- The Rotten Tomatoes Show is looking for an LA-based intern. The show is fast-paced journey through the world of movies, with help from critics, film geeks, comedians, surprise guests, and -- most importantly -- our audience. Premiering movies get the treatment, but so do DVD releases, trailers, childhood favorites, DVD extras, and film classics. Sprinkle in irreverent Top 5 Lists and you’ve got the first movie review show to embrace the way we watch, talk, and obsess about movies.
Qualifications
* You must be able to receive school credit for your work with Current. We will require proof of this.
* We are offering full-time (40 hours) and part-time (20+ hours) unpaid internships. You must be able to commit to working at least 20 hours a week.
* Our ideal intern is enrolled in a film school or studying a related major
* Encyclopedic knowledge of movies
Responsibilities
* This intern will work in a very hands-on capacity - helping to gather movie clips for the show, screening media, running the teleprompter during taping, aiding in general production needs, etc.
* While general intern tasks are required we’d like someone who will also pitch ideas for the show.
