Even more odd political "advertising": Giuliani

Chloe
Fascinating: a supposedly pro-Giuliani video which Giuliani's team says they have nothing to do with. Is this a new form of grassroots political expression, a new media reinvention of the marches of the 1960s? Is it an ad, or isn't it? These grassroots videos may end up being more powerful than any conventional political advertising. But who's making them? Sometimes it's insiders, sometimes it's citizens. Does it matter, in the end?
