In a rare vote, residents of Athens, Alabama had a chance to bring prohibition (of the sale of alcohol, that is) back to their city. In the end, voters favored keeping their town "wet" but there are still persistent calls from religious groups to enact a ban on alcohol sales. I'm guessing Athens isn't particularly a hot spot for spring breakers?
