- Actually, yes. The reason it's so different is that the immigrants in France that the article points out, Immigrated Legally. The U.S. is trying to find and deport ILLEGALS, Immigrants that are here ILLEGALLY... It seems that those who fight for illegal immigrants do not see the word ILLEGAL in the term...
