    • Very interesting piece. It was very enlightening to see this angle being projected in such a manor. I htink you have to be a total fascist to disagree with the point that the piece was trying to convey. Bravo.

    • The shills or multiple screen names of Dean Hamer such as brokeman, flaxtone1 and Newljies seem to be signing up just to greenlight his project and smear his competition. It won't matter and it wasn't worth responding to until they/he went after Deanna. There's nothing "wack" about a question that reveals an artist's process and nothing pretentious about the host of this show. She's standing up for what she believes in: alternative media content that raises consciousness and provokes thought.

    • this is a news piece not a short film for slamdance... wouldn't it be more interesting to listen to the spoken word than to listen to peole talk about the spoken word????

    • Wow! I appreciate the honesty of this piece! I would like to see more spoken word as it is a great and stark contrast to the commercialism of today. This is great… good luck at the festival!

    • *Powerful words! Spoken word is so important in this time when our free speech is threatened. I would love to see some more context about spoken word, it's history and relevance in today's society. It's a great start to an important topic.
