Why can't these out of touch politicians leave video games alone? These people have no clue what video games are about and they are using fear tactics to keep games out of peoples hands.
Going after the fastest up and coming entertainment just for votes is stupid and these people should devote their time more towards much more important tasks.

I agree that it's pretty stupid for them to pander to parents in this way, but there is something to be said for violent games on the wii. I don't know about acting out the violence in real time. I can't say that I know how realistic it is, but I wouldn't want to see video games take that risky road. At least when you're pressing buttons to shoot at fake people, there's an inherent fakeness to it. But if you're stabbing and stuff with the wii...well, that's just creepy. At least it's one more reason not to vote for hillary.
