Obama vs. Clinton on "universal" health care

Image

Barack Obama and Hillary Clinton are slugging it out over their respective health-care plans. It's a fairly pointless argument to begin with, because they both have pretty good proposals on the table. But to the very limited extent that this debate is worth following at all, it's Obama who has the better argument.

    • Clinton, Obama and Edwards universal healthcare plans are universal insomuch as private insurance companies will become richer and distend the current broken systems onto all Americans and businesses regardless if they can afford it or not or want it or not. Kucinich is right on this one!!!! He endorses H.R. 676 which is the only plan that provides coverage for
      everyone while in America.

      "EVERYONE IN....NOBODY OUT!"

This bill provides anything medically necessary for care, prescriptions, vision, hearing, dental, mental health and substance abuse treatment in addition to long term care.

      There are.....

      NO PREMIUMS
      NO CO-PAYS
      NO DEDUCTIBLES

People need to join together and show their political will and

LET CONGRESS KNOW - Sign onto John Conyers National Healthcare Bill....H.R. 676.

Get involved. Contact a local coilition in your area working to get the country the healthcare

......that every other industrialized country provides to its people
......while the U.S. ranks 37th in quality of care
......as most other countries have lower infant mortality rates
      ......and longer life spans.

The Physicians for National HealthCare Program (PNHP), California Nurses Association and HealthCare-NOW are national organizations working to make:

      H.R. 676 - National HealthCare Plan a reality NOW!

      Please get involved!

    • Clinton, Obama, and Edwards universal plans are almost interchangeable, they only vary in the degree of gradualism. Personally I think Kucinich right on this one: if we know where we want to be with universal health care let's skip the foreplay and go straight to the action...we CAN do it. Besides,I am bothered by the "rule" that "any task will expand to use the time allotted to it." Let's not give the change that much time.
