Iraq war

Considering the initial invasion has been performed under the pretense of what ought to have been a concensus in belief of the existence of WMD (Weapons of Mass Destruction) in the state, I cannot completely state, here, a personal stance of the current mass publicized occupation in Iraq or Afghanistan.

Although people in each of the above mentioned states, had suffered state sanctioned torment in dictatorial regimes, the pretense of US invasion was clearly false. This in itself was, to a certain extent, a violation of US citizens' rights to be well informed by the United States government regarding the situation.

Another apparently blatant violation was that of each nations' political sovereignty demonstrated by the U.S. led invasions and this country's current occupations.

As far as I am aware, there remains a current situation among disadvantaged participants, in the United States political economy, which would have been better served by the initially "altruistic" actions of the U.S. government.
