Homophobic Teacher Sued

A 17 year girl was suspended by a homophobic teacher who was offended by two overlapping female symbols. The ACLU objects and is suing the teacher for a violation of the student's first amendment right to freedom of expression. The assistant principal explained to the student's parents that the teacher was so offended by the shirt that she could not teach. It seems this teacher needs a lesson in tolerance.

    • Fox's Bill O'Riley used to be a high school teacher?! Nightmare! Here's the messed up cretin protesting against lesbian couple Lupe Silva and Brandy Johnson appearing in their school year book as 'Cutest Couple'. Incidentally, I am so proud of the new generation of teenagers, both here in the UK and in the US, who seem to handle sexuality and gayness in such a happy, modern and dignified way. I know a lot of young gay teens that have more maturity in their little finger than this joker.
