Afghanistan Expels Two European Diplomats, Citing Threat Security

Afghanistan has ordered a high-level European Union official and a United Nations staff member to leave the country, accusing them of threatening national security, government and diplomatic officials said Tuesday. The two men were declared unwelcome in the country, apparently after accusations that the men - one British, one Irish - had held talks with the Taleban in Helmand province in the south.
