    • you are heading the right direction, khadija. but making it a holiday?

      how about you penalize those who DO NOT vote with a fine?

      we get fined for so many things here:
      -run a red light
      -don't pay bills on time
      -for not having car insurance

      etc etc

      lets fine those who are 18 and over and are eligible to vote but choose not to.
