Presidential hopefuls Mitt Romney and John McCain are in a very tight race in Michigan, according to Saturday's polls. However, there are three days left. If Michigan is any thing like New Hampshire, polls don't mean a thing. It ain't over to the fat lady sings.

    • Not that I support either one of these candidates, but the most striking contrast between the two is on Michigan's economy. Romney keeps promising to bring back their jobs without any plan on how he's going to accomplish that gianormous task. He sounds almost desperate to me. At least McCain is being realistic on that issue, but on the other hand McCain saying American's won't mind if we're in Iraq for 100 more years is enough to make me permanently depressed.

    • I'm sorry, but can anyone legitimately backup their reasons for supporting Mitt Romney? He would basically turn our country into one big corporation. Oh wait......

I guess I have a a problem giving credence to someone who's religious beliefs include "magic spectacles"and didn't allow blacks to join their faith until the 1970s.

However, many Americans surprised me in 2000. And then again in 2004. Oh dear.........
