Saturday voting in South Carolina and Nevada

With caucuses for both parties today in Nevada, and a primary for the Republicans in South Carolina (Democrats in South Carolina vote in a week), it's a big day for presidential candidates.

Since 1980, no Republican candidate has won the party's nomination without winning South Carolina, and so far McCain is holding about a 10 point lead.

In Nevada, CNN is saying Hillary Clinton has about a 9% lead over Obama (other site says Obama has a slight edge), but Obama is expected to narrowly win in South Carolina in a week, so the momentum between the 2 could remain split going into Super Tuesday on February 5th.
