The podcast isn't done yet. I have to film Bhu again before and after his sentencing. I also have to summarize what laws he plans to use to sue the State of Kansas and how they apply. After I get that footage, I should have enough to make a compelling introduction to this podcast.

I would have to agree with kunnikr, I really wanted to hear the first part of the story, wonder what's going on, and then get some clarification--reveal the story to us so that you retain the shock value. Right now, all we know is that it's an interesting story, but we never fully understand the story. Great start though, keep up the good work and thanks for uploading.

The story seems very important. Unfortunately, I can't full get a grasp of what is going on. I need more orientation at the beginning of the story to give me specifics facts of what is going on or what has happened so I can understand where the story is going. Have you thought about interviewing the opposing man to get his perspective so I can understand what he thinks happens. I think with a clear orientation as to where the story is going because at the beginning he just starts talking...I'll be able to figure out where the story is taking me.
Specifically, I'm not sure why he is in jail. I don't know what law he is exactly fighting. I don't know how the police came and arrested him when he made the phone call. I don't know exactly what he is doing to fight the State of Kansas. What is he alleged accused of by the State of Kansas? And why won't they grant him counsel? If you could add more specifics to the story, I think the emotional impact of his struggle could be felt stronger and understood better.
