Canada - U.S. pact allows cross-border military activity

Did Congress approve this? Our National Guard is in Iraq and George W. sets up policy for another army to come in and enforce George W.'s war against Americans. Would the Canadian military be used against Americans? It's against the American Constitution for the U.S. Army to be used against us, but is it illigal to use another army against us? What are our rights regarding a foreign military in America?

If Congress is capable of investigating steroids, they are capable of investigating foreign military on American soil.

    • Canada and the U.S. have signed an agreement that paves the way for the militaries from either nation to send troops across each other's borders during an emergency, but some are questioning why the Harper government has kept silent on the deal.

HAVE RULES BEEN PUT IN PLACE TO PROTECT 'WE THE PEOPLE' DURING SUCH AN EMERGENCY?

Of course they haven't been. From what I have read, Congress wasn't consulted. They represent us, they should set the rules. George W. may be the 'decider', but Congress should be our 'PROTECTORS'!
