Latin America is going through a healing process as democratic govenrments search for ¨The Disappeared¨ during the Military Dictatorships. Recently José Daniel Mc Murray visited The Monument of the Disappeared-Monumento a los Desaparecidos in Montevideo, Uruguay. The mothers and family members of those disappeared created this glass shrine that overlooks the bay.
