The war machine: how the Pentagon groomed TV analysts who had ties with military contractors

Those 'Experts' you hear on FOX, NBC, CBS and the rest that paint a pretty picture of the bloodshed and torture (Oh, "...we don't torture"), well, they are paid by the military (Pentagon) to do this. These 'experts' are also working with the contractors that supply the war in Iraq/Afghanistan. Big Bucks. Big Lies! Read this article and if you have time, go to the NY Times and read their 12 page investigative article and you will be shocked what they uncovered within this tricky Bush Administration.

If there were big profits in making peace in the world, the big companies and politicians would jump hard on that. Money is literally destroying the world.

    • It seems like the media is burying the story. We, as responsible voters/citizens should keep this going and furthermore, contact our representatives and make them do something. Put all the other deceptions together and we have a heckuva history book to be made into a major film.

    • Covering the media in the media is what media is all about.

And sadly I don't think it is money that is destroying the world, it's some people's greed that is ruining the lives of people around the world.

    • I can't believe I was the only person that knew this before this report. I knew that the United States goverment learned something very important about patriotism during the Vietnam war, that made them realize they must control the American sentiment. TV is a tool to program the way people perceive things most of the reports work off of perconceived notions. Without any first hand knowledge of the issue, this is the only way it this can work because you have to rely on the report. The American media is a tool of propaganda manipulated by the goverment plain and simple. If you don't have the ability to question want is told to you, you are a cloned zombie believing what you here with out the facts. Independent thinkers is what we need more of people who need facts to support what is reported.

    • We want these thieves behind bars.
They are a shame upon The United States of America and a danger to all. We need to punish them as war criminals. We can then show the world that Democracy can work when we, The American People, grab this bull by the horns. We need to overthrow and punish the Bush Regime and its Fox and CNN media propaganda accomplices.
It seems like we are trying to be cute when we say that. This is of supreme importance to The Planet Earth. Any delay will profoundly affect subsequent generations, our planet and the world view of how The People of the United States of America do not lack ethics. It is the current corruption of our government with the media that has hijacked us.

    • Woah... that is truly shocking. How easily can the US media be bought?

Check out the link to another thread highlighting the inadequacy of self-proclaimed TV 'Experts'.
