How is someone that has access to $109 million find herself $10 million in debt and still claim to be able to fix an economy and balance a budget?

But if you can't run or manage the budget of your campaign how can you properly delegate fixing the economy?

I don't see why this is relevant to the claims she has made about her ability to manage the economy. First, she is probably not the one who is handling the money for her campaign. Second, maybe she willingly went into debt with the mindset that she will pay it off after the campaign was over. Third, campaign money is not in the same category as the economy, they are two independent variables.
