    • aditijjoshi, citizens of this country do have a right to vote (many of them don't use it, but that's a different story) and no one is argueing that they don't; immigrants, however, are not allowed to vote, which is what this is about. Your comment is pretty irrelevant.

    • If a person is a citizen of the country he or she must have the right to vote. Its ridiculous that the government decides as to who can and cannot vote.

      Its every citizen's fundamental right in any free country.

      The government's move to such discrimination is appaling.
