AMERICA: Freedom to Fascism

Hawkmang
From freedomtofascism.com:

"America: Freedom to Fascism is a compelling and troubling account of how the wealth of our nation was silently passed from its citizens to a handful of powerful bankers in 1913. That's the year the Federal Reserve Act and the 16th Amendment were introduced, giving a privately held corporation the means to control our finances while ensuring its interest payments through the strong arms of the newly-formed Internal Revenue Service. Ever since then, Russo suggests, Americans have been gradually conditioned to accept fewer freedoms and a lower standard of living... all the while considering debt and servitude as distinctly American values.

Russo's first and most cogent point is simple: Americans are not required to pay a federal income tax. That's a bold statement to make, as few people believe that such a fraud could be perpetrated for so long. My father, himself an accountant, insists that the income tax is a very real thing. Russo takes that same belief to IRS employees and simply asks them to cite where it says an unapportioned income tax is required of us all. Guess what? They can't. In a telling segment Sheldon Cohen, former commissioner of the IRS, goes so far as to reject Supreme Court rulings and the Constitution as benchmarks over what is legal with regards to taxation. Russo also interviews members of the tax honesty movement as well as disenfranchised IRS agents who agree that no law on the books conjures up a requirement to send the government part of one's hard-earned paycheck. Russo then showcases court cases where those accused of tax evasion have won precisely because the prosecution cannot provide evidence of a legal federal income tax law.

It's shocking to have it hammered into your head over and over that you've thrown your money away for nothing, but repetition is good; it helps knock loose the deeply entrenched belief that we owe a portion of our livelihood to our government."

The principle topic is Taxes. The reality in other countries is the lack of learning how to live. Education is cool and all but common sense is not taught. Quality of life is different. We have tons of toilet paper and paper towels that we use to dry our hands.etc.

Taxes: Millions of illegal immigrants work and pay taxes but don't get to claim them at the end of the year.

What is your opinion about that example? How we get educated to work hard and act as lab rats to produce money.

    • My friend plusaf is right, education is the best way. I put this link to this youtube video for all Americans and Canadians to join and follow this direction for if we dont take action, your children's children will be a slave to the system. Break the bank, i'd love to see the Rockefellers and Rothchilds ivory tower's come crashing to the ground.

    • plusaf. I'll assume your in banking or some other form of usury as you will fight tooth and nail for the righteous money lenders. The same people who print money at will without gold to back it up, the same nice folks who have started, funded and re-funded this war your country is in. The Federal reserve is the reason why so many Americans will never live free and why Americans are hated the world over. As a Canadian ive been correcting people who assume im American, at which they apologize. I explain that there is nothing to apologize for, cause Americans are my brothers and that the government and its foreign policies shouldn't reflect the people. You know, ive learnt alot since i left Canada/America. I can see that the ZOG of the US is draining the country of its wealth and young who die in the wars that are hung on bullshit reasons like 'the war on terror'. Behind the war, the FED, the banks, the UN and the EU are Zionists interests so maybe you should move abroad to see the big picture. Education doesn't come form a college or university for thats just brainwashing. Education is life.
      Enjoy all your wealth.

    • plusaf. I dont care about your adventures in housing, or about you 427 Vette, and what you mean by 'education' if its directed at me, im not clear.
To blame the banks for letting/putting your country in the situation today is about as obvious as the nose on your face. To put a huge bowl of food down for a dog and expect him to eat 'just enough' is awful gullible plusaf. People want the things they see around them, cars, homes, etc and if Mr. Banker is waiting with contract and pen in hand then its assumed the people will borrow too much (dog eating way too much). There were millions lent to people last year for homes that the banks knew couldn't be paid back, and you claim thats the peoples fault?

    • How about the millions of illegal immigrants that come to work hard for the dollar.

Fake Social security numbers so they can pay taxes.

But when April comes, they cannot claim for a return.

The government keeps all the money and if they don't like it, they get deported.

    • plusaf. I wasn't referring to a bushel of apples handled a few times. People sign their lives away for a wood structure that'd blow away in a strong wind. Are you a banker yourself or cant read newspapers that are now pointing out the average American owes money on everything and beyond.
Life is a puzzle and if you arrange the pieces differently they paint a different picture.
Nice Vette by the way, It must have cost you more than is was new eh? That would make you standing idiot. Enjoy you material items average American Dude.

    • Saw this movie a few months ago, very interesting points it brings up and, while it is ridiculous that we are paying the FR to print our own money for us, it states in the constitution that the US government is not to have its own National bank...which is why we have a private one, and where the FR comes into play...But nonetheless taxes and the IRS stronghold are completely out of control especially in the way the tax money is misdirected and mishandled.

    • plusaf. For me, agreeing to borrow $250,000. for a house on a piece of land that may realistically be worth $10,000. is stupid. If it truly was my house than i could burn it down, or grow corn on it, but you have to abide by all the laws that say your free.
Most people think they're benefitting from the inflated prices of homes, yet its the banks/Rockefellers/Rothchilds who benefit for you must work 25 or more years at a job you hate to pay them back the money they lent you, to buy the house they still own.
I try to paint a picture for my girlfriend but she cant see it.
If a man comes along and values my old clunker of a car at $50,000, and i agree to borrow that amount to buy it, does it mean its worth $50,000?
No, it means im an idiot for listening to the appraiser and agreeing to borrow from the banker that amount to have what i think is good value. If a bigger idiot comes along to pay me 60,000 for the same car, then i guess ive made 10,000.
In the end, the bank has made money from the hard work of others using deceit and usery. As long as people live like this, there will be wars and economic problems for it all comes from the bankers.
The Federal Reserve should be abolished, and your problems would go away.
Thats my opinion, as a free man.

    • More than taxes, its the life that we (living in North America) have accepted as normal. Most people i know dont own their house and never will, yet they dont see who's behind it all.
I broke free when i left NA. Now i live as a man should, not in debt and not a slave to the system. Amen.

    • Ask former IRS agents themselves, there is no law requiring you to file a tax return.

If that's incorrect, someone please show me the law.

    • I'm a bit skeptical, I mean if we could give the IRS the finger every time April comes around then why do tax evasion convictions still happen...
