The reason it is not a headline is because a lot of people would call it a conspiracy theory, rather than do their own research. Remember, everyone here is for Obama, he wouldn't do that...........right?
The funds cannot be tracked because...it's "extremely confidential." How can you not verify the info in the video? Just research that article and other items pertaining to it. I'm sure it can be located somewhere.

The problem is that we cannot trace where the money is going, nor can we verify all the info in the video. But you can guess somethings up. Such as: Online Iranian news posted here stated that the US Mil.was building bases 20 miles from the Iranian boarder.
