Community demands cannabis parity, or credible reasoning against it.

As the United Kingdom gears up for an influx of new cannabis related court cases and imprisonments as a result of the impending reclassification, in the United States they have a whole different raft of cannabis problems to deal with.

In New Mexico for instance, the Department of Health is seeking public consultation on a set of draft rules which go toward licensing medical marijuana producers and distributors.

This in itself is remarkeable as here in the UK, any public consultations regarding cannabis, (such as the ACMD consultation of February 5th 08) have only ever been advertised buried deep in the Home Office website as opposed to advertised in the press for widescale distribution.

Which begs the question; are the government doing enough to "consult" the public regarding cannabis? You decide!

We appreciate you supporting our cause.
