    • If you have a poor person who just came from the country working in the customer service industry, it will take quite a bit of nerve from them to tell a customer, who for all they know could be some powerful millionaire (and there are plenty in China), to put out their cigarette. If the customer gets mad, even if the service person was right, they will get fired and replaced immediately.
