Was this famous pastor's wife acting like a rich spoiled brat? Or was she being unjustly accused of attempting to rush the cockpit door? Why should the wife of a Christian Televangelist of Joel Osteen's caliber need to be shaking her sunglasses and raising her voice at a flight attendant while flying in first class?
These and/or many other questions like them are being asked at the trial for the lawsuit. The main thing the flight attendant wants is an apology; she want's the woman to admit that she was doing something wrong "People need to be held accountable for their bad behavior." The flight attendant told Mrs. Osteen to "Calm Down!" and that is when she allegedly attacked the flight attendant.
