The Manifesto Club, a London based civil liberties organization, plans to protest restrictions on public drinking in England and Wales. The group claims that government restrictions on public imbibing are depriving people of the right to socialise. A large picnic will be held on Bank Holiday Monday in London's Hyde Park in order to allow the public to express their dissatisfaction with the laws.
