According to emerging reports, the Government has been told it must release more details relating to the infamous 'dodgy dossier' that allegedly exaggerated the reasons for British troops entering the the Iraq war.

The orders come from the Information Commissioner after a three-year battle to obtain the dossier by a UK journo, who was also seeking comments on the dossier by leading officials at the time.

    • Governments always feel like they need to hide something from its citizens.. What more dodgy stuff can they release? They already went to war with Iraq, didn't listen to the people of this country, but worries about its relations with the U.S.

    • I was there with 999,999 others in February 2003 when we marched against Britain joining this phoney war.

Five years later, I'm still shocked that this mass democratic expression of anti-war feeling was so resoundingly ignored by the powers that be. I think a lot of people lost faith in democracy that day.

    • Was it a dodgy dossier? They wouldn't refuse to release it if it wasn't, and who can forget how dodgy the downing street memo was?

If you have forgotten maybe you should remind yourself.
