Republican party has gone, its the Neo-con party now, led by Cheney and Rove, who are not out to help us, they are out to help themselves and their rich friends.
It is true that our republican fore fathers would be disgusted. - 3 years ago

She only started to care when it effected her personally....is that really what it took??

Now if the church going conservatives would only open their minds a little and actually analyze Obama Vs McCain.
If they don't like blatant liars, the choice is easy. McCain is full of it...

The time to make a change is now. We cannot continue to believe the lies and false promises of the republican party candidates. Our children's future is at stake.
Our country is devasted economicall with the highest unemployment rate at over 6%. Foreclosures are at an all time high in the history of this nation. More families, with children or elderly are facing food and shelter shortages. The elderly are being left to fend for themselves without medical assistance.
We are in real big trouble and need to make the change while we still can. We have to take our country back. - 3 years ago

This might be far less common in the future...
I'm sure they can round up people to say about anything... no surprise.
What is ironic is the reoccurring theme of people upset over American Deaths in Iraq. They should research John McCain's ideas about the war. If he were in charge, there would have been more success and less death. And it would have been pretty different.
McCain is very different from Bush. He has consistently had his own ideas for so many years, 8 years ago the republican presidency was not an option because he was too independent.
He still is. Republicans want a change, how about a man who is changing the government? It's amazing that people aren't aware.

We know we cant afford their party, their ideology and their lies any longer!

Oh good lord.
YAY for people agreeing with OUR way of thinking.
It has nothing to do with truth.
I wish the liars would stop perpetuating this "they are voting for the better candidate" when all people care about is that who they want is going to win.
Soon current is just going to have to change it's name to Republican Bashing website.
If there were even HALF the news worthy mentions of bad things about Obama as there are of McCain it still wouldn't even be enough to balance this ridiculousness out.
The amount of BS seeping out of anyone who supports Obama is very high and mighty if not a sad superior air.
There is going to be a grave injustice cry should he lose. There will be if it happens. They'll say "CHEATER" and every other thing to justify losing. They won't lose gracefully because they expect to win and they don't think they deserve anything else.
That's why it's sad.
I think I'll have to learn sheep to deal with any of you.

20 years is an accurate count
TrueIn a race where his opponent Sen. Hillary Clinton has touted "35 years of experience" over and over, Sen. Barack Obama has begun to cite his own experience of 20 years.
At a debate in Cleveland, moderator Brian Williams asked Obama to respond to Clinton's charges that he was heavy on oratory and light on action. Obama responded:
"You know, she characterizes it typically as speeches, not solutions, or talk versus action. And as I said in the last debate, I've spent 20 years devoted to working on behalf of families who are having a tough time and they're seeking out the American dream. That's how I started my career in public service."
The voters will decide if the lesser number is significant, but we find Obama's claim of two decades' experience to be accurate.

I want you to list what things he has done to include to his 20 years idea. Theres only one. "Mr. Community Organizer" is a JOKE.
He never says what he has done because he has done nothing. He never says how he will change things... because He will never change anything.

I understand your point of view. I said "only when both SUPER parties fall." By saying this I imply that a government cannot function efficiently with two enormous factions. If we had, say 4 or 5 smaller parties more alike each other than not (rather than the two entirely opposite we now have), we could do much more for our country. Trust me, I am no anarchist and believe little of what they say... but history and current events prove big agencies don't work. It's time for the people to take over; not the millionaires associated with famous groups.

I couldn't agree more but it would be disastrous right this minute.
That sort of change is needed but building (or tearing down) the infrastructure whichever the case may be, would leave too big a vacuum as it stands right now.
We should be working toward that goal with things like REAL and PERMANENT term limits and more consumer advocacy groups serving in regulatory agencies.
The immediately elect a third party candidate would serve no one right now and the gridlock would be enormous.

Its good to see some republicans can see beyond party lines to vote for what they believe in. Hopefully this is a indication that voters are actually listening to the issues and are ready to seriously take part in the election process.

Ummmm.... independent voter here...
All I have to say is I hate Republicans and I hate Democrats. I am anti federalist, therefore anti "BIG" government (not to be confused with the republican's fake agenda of little government). Only when the both super parties fall will we truly seek to better our nation.

Powerful and inspiring! Thank you for bringing this to our attention.
These are the types of things that Radio Rightyland will cut off your mic for saying and it is the reason the polarization of America is so hurtful and restrictive of meaningful dialog.
I'll admit to wanting to knock Republicans' heads together to prove a point but what really works is truthful and measured dissent from the masses of good people who have been so wronged by the misdeeds of the leadership of the Republican Party.

mcSame is still supporting the rational which we all know to be a big lie now - a lie feed to us by the Ripusofficans and it's Nazi style propaganda arm, corporate media.
Vote for REAL change, vote for Barack Obama! Give Barack a mandate from the people by voting in
mass for him with the will of ALL the people. The Ripusoffican's are only offering us what they want to do - for themselves - not respecting the will of the people, the vast majority of the people. Just look at the numbers at the Dems Convention vs. the Ripusoffican's Convention with purchased bodies to fill the seats.
