    • Here's what I don't get. Regardless of whether or not this is a set up or it is legitimate, who in the blue fuck cares?

      Conservatives, especially people like Karl Rove have been doing this kind of shit for years. This is the first time I've heard of any liberal doing this kind of crap and some people will probably freak out like its a new thing and it is a horrid event that should disgrace the liberals and cost Obama the election. Yet there is a double standard because when people of the conservative crowd do this kind of crap, it's either expected or ignored.

    • This entire story was setup. The hack, the posting of Palin's info, and now the capture. It was ALL orchestrated.

      - It turns Palin into a victim, which is great for Palin.
      - It gives rationale for legislation to clamp down on anonymity and proxy servers on the Internet.
      - It further scares the heck out of the public who is already afraid of big brother taking more of our liberties.

      What a coup!

    • According to this link the hacker is called David Kernell and is the son of Democratic Tennessee state representative Mike Kernell.

      The picture is the only picture I could find of Mike Kernell.
