    • BushCo would really like to have no oversight. It would be handled with the same ineptitude and malfeasance that Happened with th great ripoffs of Iraq and Afganastan, with only a few benifiting from the sacrifice of the many.

    • I am having no luck finding any coverage of this on cspan, Pericles, do you know if they are showing it yet?

      I heard one speech read on the bailout in congress just after lunch, then nothing else?

    • Just as I posted this it went into recess. I dont know when they will return.

      The video library is apparently down. It seemed to me that (I came in late to the debate) there was NO support for a bailout without oversite - Republican or Democrat.
