How could he not remember working on 9/11? Everyone remembers where they were on 9/11! Could he perhaps preferred not not to remember working on 9/11 since he, along with fellow field reporter Jane Standley, reported that the WTC 7 collapsed suspiciously before it did?

If he were ever to stand trial it would be in America not the UK. Where he would be obliged to explain how he knew what hadn't happed had already happened without perjuring himself..Hence, in America, the fitth.
Should I have used nolo contendere?
In any event, his memory lapse looks all too much like an informal mea culpa.
