This is utterly despicable and undermines humanitarian laws.
Here is the transcript from the video:
Play from 0:00[play from 0:00]" More trouble in the West Bank -- area of highly disputed land between Israel and Jordan. Most of it under Israeli military control but referred to by Palestinians -- occupied territory. Well it now appears to be a campaign of intimidation in the region with groups of Israelis. Viciously beating some Palestinians. And claiming they answer to a higher authority than Israel's laws. With T shirt tied over their faces -- Jewish settlers attacked a Palestinian shepherd."
Play from 0:32[play from 0:32]" Another Palestinian was tied to a tower and beaten by Israeli settlers. And mass they've helped the Palestinian village -- rocks. Israeli Prime Minister Ehud Olmert called this an evil wind of extremism blowing through the population of West Bank settlers. -- beg you not call one of those settlers doesn't deny Israeli on Palestinian violence who best to make them all of us. Ripken says she and her fellow settlers are not bound by Israel's laws they answer the guy."
Play from 0:56[play from 0:56]" We were chosen. With a gun to -- him. And he chose for us. Beautiful and the good of the land."
Play from 1:12[play from 1:12]" Israeli police lost control of the West Bank settlements Palestinian police patrol only Palestinian towns there is always a presence of Israeli soldiers here in -- West Bank settlements but their job is to keep Palestinians from villages like that one down hill from getting out to settlements like this one. -- job stops there they don't enforce any laws Palestinian not well Mahmoud lives just below a settlement. Showing the star of David spray painted on her walls she says as often as three times a week her home -- vandalized by rampaging settlers."
Play from 1:44[play from 1:44]" The sixers wanted tool to pay to house unpaved Saddam and two to -- in my house."
Play from 1:52[play from 1:52]" If the next American president continues on the path toward a two state solution. Ultimately that means making way for a Palestinian state by evacuating the small settlements. A difficult task when the settlers who are willing to shed blood to stay. In the West Bank Mike told Fox News."

The original way that people were crucified was with the arms and hands tied or nailed above the head upon a tree or pole. The crucifixion with the arms stretched out sideways is not the way the Romans did it very often.
Quote from article:
The logic behind the shows creators in choosing the fetal position seems to be based in scientific archaeological finds that support Roman crucifixion being accomplished in alternative positions to those that we have been taught to believe exclusively. This debate between traditionalism and science, as it relates to religion is forever at odds, with both sides passionate about their positions. There are many articles out there with research being conducted by archaeologists who know what they are talking about. There were many positions of crucifixion that were used by the Romans.
WorldPeaceTV, perhaps you should do an article about the the various positions that are used for crucifixion.

upside down was another way...there were many ways people were crucified. I would imagine there are not many clues left to all the various ways. Being tied up to a pole and being beaten would be a form of crucifixion, wouldn't you agree?

Someone from CURRENT changed my headline that stated they were Crucified..and , last time I read the Bible, and history, crucifixions were done that way too.
Israel is starting to crucify Palestinians. Jesus was tied to a pole/tree/cross. It's crucifixion. This Palestinian was tied to a pole and beaten, crucified because of racism.
I thought we weren't going to be censored on this site?
Whats going on CURRENT? We want the truths out there, not some editor behind a desk chopping the truth to fit his/her beliefs or to satisfy the Jewish Lobby.
We want the truth out there. Whats the matter with that?
Get rid of these people that protect monsters...fire the people that protect a nation that upholds genocide, that uses genocide against a poor, helpless people.
I should have been asked before CURRENT changed my headline.

These atrocities continue and continue.
These settlers are completely deluded saying that they answer to a higher authority, to god. They are following their homicidal desert god, that is why they have no regard for the humanity of the Palestinians.

No. Israel cannot disappear. The Jews need Israel. If the country disappears, what happens if something along the scale of another Holocaust happens? Will every country close their borders again? While this may be a purely hypothetical situation, it is the very reason why Israel exists.
Is what these people have done dispicable? Yes. Most definitely. As a Jew I am embarrassed by these people. I have been to Israel, it is mostly peaceful and the people are wonderful. I am not against Palestinians or there being a Palestinian state. This is a case of extremists just like on the Palestinian side. Does it need to stop? Yes. Of course it does. That won't happen until people stop justifying their reasons with religion. Am I disgusted how the Israeli government tends to not react to heinous acts? Of course. The K'nesset is mostly Jews, of course they're not going to do anything against their own. Again, nothing will be solved until everyone stops hiding behind their religions. Only then will anyone be able to discuss how to solve problems rationally.

I agree with you on all points. But..what can we do? We need a plan that is fair to both sides. And, again..what can we do as a people. as a whole? Stuff like this from either side encourages more hate. We are all humans and we are all allowed to exist. If we are more realistic with a plan, I can see peace...as long as help is given to Palestine to build and have an economy..something for them to stand on solid ground and be proud of, and to realize there are humanitarian people there that can see thru the fog. They need help. People need to help each other. So, what can we do?

I don't agree that Jews need Israel. After the Zionists are out of power, Jews, Christians and Muslims ect will be able to coexist in Palestine, like they did before the State of Israel was "created".

I feel like I stated pretty clearly that I don't agree with the violence on either side.
Let me state clearly: I have a friend who is Palestinian, and he has helped me understand his side over the last year of our friendship. We talk about this all the time.
I don't want the Palestinians wiped out. They are not all bad people. It's all extremists on either sides causing this problem. It also states in the article that Olmert does not approve of what is happening. (I missed that the first time I read it)
So don't accuse me of wanting another Holocaust of any kind for anyone, because I absolutely, positively don't, and I never said or implied that in my previous comment.

israel will only last as long as america is there to protect it. it will be gone within 80-100 years most likely and the jews will again be dispersed.
and i'm quite alright with that after the atrocities they've committed within the last 60 years.

It is sick to hear that some people think that some higher power would want them to act so crudely toward other humans.
But then again refreshing to see that his actually made a news station like Fox news. - 3 years ago
